Faid Naraendran is the Founder and Managing Partner of FNP. He was called to the bar in Malaysia in 1999 and has been in practice for 27 years.
He specialises in the areas of Corporate Conveyance especially Joint Venture Contracts, Shareholders Agreement, business related Agreements.
He also has an interest in practising Criminal Law.
With sufficient experience in acting for individuals as well as corporations, he has been retained as a legal adviser as well as a company secretary for various corporations.
Faid Naraendran currently heads the Conveyancing department and is vastly experienced on real estate matters, including professional advice on day-to-day operations. With a legal career spanning over 20 years, Faid attends to a wide range of clients, ranging from real estate sub sales to financial institutions and is particularly adept at providing practical and effective solutions for FNP’s clients.
Mr. Muhammad Nurluqman is a law graduate from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam and completed his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) (LL.B) studies in 2021. He was later called to the bar and admitted as an advocate and solicitor in the year 2022 and have been in practice ever since.
His four (4) years of experience as an advocate & solicitor have skyrocketed with many matters being held and managed single handedly under his wing until to-date in court and outside of court. He is well versed and tech-savvy to ensure that end-to-end client updates and feedbacks and given to ensure transparency and also uphold efficiency in every step of the way.
He specializes in vast general civil and corporate litigation practice handling contract breaches, drafting of multiple agreement for corporate organizations, defamation suits, professional negligence, personal and fatal accident, land disputes, sales of goods.
Backed with his solid and numerous cases handled personally before, Mr. Nurluqman can handle any tasks and matter given to him and expect to provide and produce the best advice and outcome there is for the good interest of the client.
Mr. Matthew is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with over 7 years of experience in civil, corporate and commercial litigation. He has acted for both local and international clients and has appeared at all levels of the Malaysian courts, including the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court.
Prior to joining Messrs Faid Naraendran & Partners, he was at Messrs Raslan Loong, Shen & Eow, where he led the litigation team and managed a broad range of disputes, being actively involved in all stages of litigation from strategy to trial and enforcement.
He has handled complex matters including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, debt recovery, insolvency, employment disputes, defamation, trusts and land disputes.
Earlier in his career at Messrs Sabastian & Co., he focused on insurance litigation and personal injury claims, conducting trials in the Sessions and Magistrates’ Courts and appearing in appellate courts with a proven track record.
He was also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Malaya, teaching International Commercial Transactions at postgraduate level, and previously taught Criminal Procedure for CLP students.
He holds an LL.B. from the University of London and CLP, and three Master’s degrees from Universiti Malaya, all obtained with Distinction / First Class Honours.
