Mr. Faid Naraendran Bin S Thiagarajah
Founder and Managing Partner
Faid Naraendran is the Founder and Managing Partner of FNP. He was called to the bar in Malaysia in 1999 and has been in practice for 24 years. He specialises in the areas of Corporate Conveyance especially Joint Venture Contracts, Shareholders Agreement, business related Agreements.
He also has an interest in practising Criminal Law. With sufficient experience in acting for individuals as well as corporations, he has been retained as a legal adviser as well as a company secretary for various corporations. Faid Naraendran currently heads the Conveyancing department and is vastly experienced on real estate matters, including professional advice on day-to-day operations. With a legal career spanning over 20 years, Faid attends to a wide range of clients, ranging from real estate sub sales to financial institutions and is particularly adept at providing practical and effective solutions for FNP’s clients.Mr. Mohd Nizam Yahya

Mr. Mohd Nizam is a law graduate with double law degrees from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam. He completed his Bachelor of Legal Studies (Honours) in 2013 and later completed his Bachelor of Law (Honours) in 2016. Nizam commenced his pupillage with Messrs A. Baskaran & Co. Upon successful completion of his pupillage, he was called to the Bar in 2017 and joined Messrs A. Baskaran & Co. as an Associate. During his 5 years with A. Baskaran & Co, he had the privilege of appearing as counsel in the Court of Appeal and has successfully handled a diverse range of civil litigation cases. He has conducted several trials and hearings as the main counsel or co-counsel and regularly appeared in several courts for a variety of cases. In 2022, he continued his practice with Messrs. Sheffie & Partners for 2 years, whereby he also provided advisory works pertaining to litigation and corporate matters to Unclezam Holding Berhad and its group of companies including the Kelantan Football Club. He then continued his short stint practice as a litigator with Messrs Edwin Lim & Suren in November 2023 prior to joining Messrs Faid Naraendran & Partners in 2024. Apart from his 7 years of practice in the field of litigation, he also had 2 years of experience as a conveyancing clerk at Messrs Halim Hong & Quek and also obtained a postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Practice from UiTM.
Mr. Gaggendeep Singh Gill

Mr. Gaggen had studied law in Multimedia University (Melaka) and graduated with LL.B. (Hons) on the year of 2022. He was admitted to the Bar on 8th of December 2023.
Mr. Gaggen commenced his pupillage on December 2022 at Messrs. Ilang Kannan & Co, Seremban. During his pupillage period, he was exposed to various fields of law including but not limited to dispute resolution, matrimonial disputes, estate and probate matters and also criminal litigation. Beside drafting cause papers, he was also responsible to prepare correspondences and also to manage the firm’s schedule when he was retained at Messrs. Ilang Kannan & Co as a paralegal for a period of 3 months. By January 2024, he had moved to Kuala Lumpur and joined Messrs Faid Naraendran & Partners as a legal assistant, to gain more exposure in the field of criminal and also civil litigation.
